No, US LLCs can be set up from anywhere. You don’t have to live in the US, or travel there. You certainly do not need US citizenship.

LLCs are easier to set up and quick to manage. Additionally, LLCs are flow through entities, meaning you don’t have to pay taxes on them.
Corporations are a lot more complex, and should not be set up without a lawyer. But this also comes with more power. If you plan on building a scalable business, you should consider a corporation instead.

Wyoming will issue your certificate right away, whereas Delaware will mail it out.

While LLCs are passthrough entities, and often pay 0% taxes, this isn’t always the case.
Certain countries do not recognise the passthrough status of LLCs, and may tax your LLC as a corporation.
Do your own research, and consult with a professional if necessary.

In addition to being unreliable, you’ll end up having to do most of the work yourself. There’s a ton of upsells, some of which are entirely unecessary.
